Turnaround time can be less than a day
depending on project size

Project rates will depend on many factors, including the type of content, and where, when and how it will be used. It is common to bill either by the word or by time, but there is typically a project minimum. Per-word and per-minute rates drop for longer projects.

Rates go up for larger markets or longer usage periods.

All productions assume delivery of raw audio – broadcast-quality and free of sound or noise issues. Additional production is available.

Payments are due within 30 days of job delivery. Payments not received within 30 days will accrue a 5% late fee every 30 days. After 90 days the late fee will increase to 10% for each additional 30 days past due.

Revision Policy:

  • Any changes needed due to voice talent error (pronunciation or tone issues) are free of charge.
  • Small adjustments after initial job recording (minor script changes or client changes requiring re-recording) will add 5-10% to the original job total.
  • Large pick-ups after initial job recording (major script re-writes or more time-consuming recording or editing) will add up to 50% of the original job total.
